Genomics
FGC provides comprehensive services for the genomics analysis:
Next Generation Sequencing: Whole genome sequencing and Whole exome sequencing
Microarrays:
Whole genome sequencing
is ostensibly the process of determining the complete DNA sequence of an organism's genome at a single time.
Whole exome sequencing
is a genomic technique for sequencing all of the protein-coding genes in a genome (known as the exome)
SNP arrays
is a variation in a single nucleotide that occurs at a specific position in the genome, where each variation is present to some appreciable degree within a population.
